Pathways helps members take the next step on their employment pathway. The solution includes the Pathway Analytics Engine, Pathway Challenges, Health Coaching Certification, and Job Placement Services. This innovative solution bridges the Medicaid employment gap.

Pathway challenge success demonstrates a member’s readiness to change
The Pathways Analytic Engine identifies members likely to benefit from the program. Invited Pathway members complete two Pathway Challenges to demonstrate their health commitment and to build confidence. After challenge completion, participants are eligible to receive doula, diabetes, or behavioral health coaching certification and job experience. Pathway participants are eligible to be hired by Finity and other health partners.
Pathways Components
Analytics
The Pathways analytics engine selects candidates to participate in the Pathways program.
Challenge Apps
Participants complete 2 wellness challenges to demonstrate their readiness to change.
Training
Participants gain work experience as wellness challenge health coaches for 3 months.
Certification
Participants become a certified health coach in pregnancy, diabetes, or behavioral health.
Employment
Certified health coaches are eligible for employment with Finity and health plans.
Reporting
Health Plans and state Medicaid agencies access reports on their administrator portals.
