There has been a recent increase in recruitment fraud targeted at job-seekers applying to remote roles. Please be aware of the rise in scammers posting fraudulent job openings and contacting job-seekers with fake job offers in an attempt to obtain personal information or money from applicants.

In an effort to help protect our candidates from recruitment scams, Finity makes the following commitments to applicants:

• Finity never requests fees for any purpose during or after the hiring process.
• The hiring process involves at least one interview. Finity does not conduct interviews via instant messaging platforms or make job offers without having conducted a face-to-face interview.
• The Finity recruitment team corresponds in email solely from addresses with the domain “@finity.com.”
• Any open position available with our company is listed on our career page at www.finity.com; please consider any contact regarding a Finity job opening not listed on our career page to be fraudulent.
• The Finity recruitment team does not request or require personal documents like bank account details, tax forms, or credit card information as part of the recruitment process.
• Finity will never request social security numbers or other sensitive identity information prior to receiving a candidate’s formal written acceptance of a job offer.

We strongly advise you to consider any contact regarding an open Finity role to be fraudulent if not matching these practices.
